For Siberia’s isolated villagers, the doctor comes with the railway car. From October till April a medical train is rolling through the snow-covered tundra of Siberia. Without it there wouldn't be any medical supply for the people in this remote region. A gynecological practice, an ECG or a ultrasonic device you won't find within a radius of 5000 km. The last car of the rolling hospital is a church - with bells, icons and father Wassillij, a fomer doctor who became a priest.
